Navigate to the folder with the RenderBurst.py file, select it and click Install Add-on from File. You should now see a new tab in the right toolshelf, called Render Burst. Select the mode (All Cameras or Selected) and hit RENDER Duplicate the Image Texture node and move it below the original Image Texture node.
